Messaging System Deployment on OpenShift

Riverace was called on to design a highly available, multi-tenant, back office and IoT messaging fabric using off-the-shelf messaging software (Interoperable Train Control Messaging - ITCM) in a computing environment that is more modern than what the vendor recommends. Riverace designed a back office deployment around OpenShift/Kubernetes, containerized the messaging software, developed a number of supporting Perl and Ruby scripts, and helped train the operations staff to maintain it. Riverace developed a set of Ansible playbooks to manage deployments to IoT field devices.
